Who is Phalguni Ray?

I’m Phalguni Ray, a Business English Trainer based near Waldshut and Bad Säckingen. With a Master’s degree in English Literatures and Cultures from the University of Tübingen, a TEFL Level 5 qualification, and a Business English Teaching certificate, I combine academic knowledge with practical teaching experience.

My approach to teaching

I help professionals improve their English communication skills for the workplace — from meetings and presentations to emails, pronunciation, and confident everyday communication. I also specialize in training professionals to master speaking English with people from different cultural backgrounds, using the proper intonation. My lessons are personalized, and focused on what you or your employees need to achieve.

Inspiring future communicators

I also enjoy teaching school students, as their curiosity and progress continue to inspire me as a teacher. Seeing learners gain confidence and feel more comfortable expressing themselves in English is what makes teaching truly rewarding for me.
