About My Meditation Journey

I grew up in a country where meditation has its roots. As a child, I started practicing it, exploring ancient texts, learning from experts, and watching videos. Over the years, I discovered many different ways to meditate, and I continue to learn something new every day.

I decided to share what I’ve learned because I’ve seen many people struggle with meditation. It often feels intimidating or like it takes too much time, but meditation can actually be done in just five minutes, anywhere, using different methods. It helps improve overall wellbeing and balance in life.

After requests from trusted friends and family, I began teaching my findings to help others make life a little easier and calmer.
